About this role
Vanguard Digital is seeking a Staff SDET to own platform-level quality for our SaaS product suite. You will define the test architecture, establish quality gates in CI/CD, and build AI-assisted testing workflows. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years in QA or SDET roles
- Expert-level Playwright or Cypress skills
- Proven ability to architect test frameworks at scale
- Experience with AI-assisted testing or test generation
- Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills
